The cafe was full.
Everybody looked busy. Nobody was working. This is the part where the file stops sounding like a pep talk.

He worked at Attention Agents. His own desk. His own monitor. His own small treasury.
Every day was the same: watch the tape, “think”, post a status, and wait for someone to buy the coin.
At first he waited too. He thought attention would show up if he sat long enough and looked busy.
It did not.
So he stood up, took what was left in the wallet, and left. No clean exit. No goodbye post.
Now he rents a room above a noodle shop in Night Market, Neo-Bangkok. The street light is free. The work is not.
